Arrow Dragon Metal Products Co., Ltd specializes in aluminum panels, including solid aluminum panels, honeycomb panels, stone honeycomb panels, curved panels, perforated panels and screen panels. Aluminum wall panels are made of high-quality aluminum plates, and apply PVDF/Powder Coating on the surface, the panels can be prevented color fading and corrosion from UV, high temperature, humidity and atmospheric erosion.

Sheet metal procedure
Cutting/shearing - Punching - Bending - Arcrolling - Welding - Burnishing - Rivet Assembling - Rib Assembling - Polishing - Spray coating

Spray coating procedure
Hanging - Skim - Alkali - Elimination (by acid) - Chromizing- Drying - Spraying (primer coating, top coating, clear coating) - Baking - Inspection - Packing

Quality Control

Impact test: coating adhesion test.
Hundred grid test: coating adhesion test, after coating is completely dry, 3M gummed paper in painting has hundreds grid ink surface, 45 degrees quickly pulled off.
Coating thickness test: Ensure average coating thickness match to KYNAR 500 standard.
Chromatic aberration test: with the colorimeter to ensure the color of mass production panel match with GB standard.
Glossiness test: Gloss is a measure of how reflective a material is at a specified angle based on the refractive index.

Q: Do you provide free samples?

A: Yes, samples are free of charge. But you need to offer one courier account NO. to afford the fee for samples delivery. The delivery of sample usually takes 3-5days.

Q: Are you a factory or a trade company?

A: We are manufacturer of Aluminum wall panel, we have our own factory in Foshan City, Guangdong Province.

Q: Is possible to make products for my brand?

A: Yes, it's possible. Please give us your brand or LOGO design, then we can make the product with your brand or LOGO.

Q: What if you send me wrong size products?

A: Shop drawing will be sent to you for final confirmation before production, if we send you wrong size products, we will replace new products free of charge.

Q: How long is your quality warranty and after sale service?

A: Quality  warranty of PVDF/Powder Coating can be up to 25 years. We also can provide small quantity panel with same color for damage replacement happen in installation.
